STAY:
These prices are not per person but per apartment. Studio and Barn adapt for 2 persons, Apartment adapt for 4/5 max. persons.
Check in:from 15:30 pm to 18:30 pm / Check out from 09:00 am to 10:30 am
(other times are possible only by prior arrangement with the reception)
Late check-in after 7.00 pm € 30.00 – Check-in after 10 pm NOT possible.
BOOKING:
Bookings are only valid once a 30% deposit has been received.
(Bank details will be supplied).
CANCELLATIONS:
In case of cancellation:
If notice of cancellation is received after this time (6th day or later) the deposit is not refundable.
PAYMENT:
Must be made at the check-in, Bancomat and all principal credit cards are accepted
PRICES INCLUDE:
Use of the appartment and kitchen utensils for preparation and consumption of food, bed linen, kitchen linen and towels (1 change per week). Final cleaning (Except kitchen area), use of electricity and water, colour TV, Air conditioning / central heating, Cot or highchair (pre booked), Hairdryer, Facilities, I.V.A.
PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE:
City Tax, Extra linen changes (€10.00 per person), Kitchen area cleaning €25.00, Supplementary cleaning of the apartment €25.00, Use of the washing machine (in shared laundry room) €5.00 per wash, Bicycle hire on request
FACILITIES
Private open air parking, children’s play area, ironing board and iron, barbeque, SWIMMING POOL and HYDRO-MASSAGE POOL, garden furniture, free wifi.
DEPOSIT:
Cash deposit of €200.00 for each apartment to be paid on arrival.
The deposit will be returned on check-out once the apartment has been checked.
TOURISM TAX:
Is applied to non-residents overnight staying, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
The rate is Euro 1,50 per night, per person.
The most important exemption are:
- residents in the territory of the municipality;
- children up to 12 (twelve) years of age;
- those who have to care admitted to health facilities.
The Tourism Tax is not included in our prices and will be paid by cash at the moment of check-in.
